St. Joseph’s / Candler (SJ/C) announced their strategic alliance with Raydient Places + Properties (Raydient) at Heartwood at Richmond Hill today with exciting plans to create a unique health and wellness initiative that will positively impact both Heartwood residents as well as Bryan County residents as a whole. Government leaders, business leaders, and the media were all in attendance as SJ/C President Paul Hinchey spoke of the exciting paradigm shift in the approach to wellness from the basic principles of treating acute illness to fully promoting health and wellness at the community level, calling it Be Health & Well Being®.

SJ/C will dedicate a full-time staff member to work with residents onsite at The Outfitters beginning this Fall. Stay tuned for announcements and community health forward events to be hosted at Heartwood.
