Anderson Jewelers was founded by owners Red and Bobbie Anderson in 1943. Today, three generations later, the Anderson family proudly carries on the respected family legacy that was started so many years ago. What began as a humble watch repair shop soon expanded as Red’s sons, Bob and Jimmy, joined their father at Anderson’s first official location as a fine jeweler inside of Belk department store in 1969. A second location was opened in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in 1988 and just a few years later in 1990, Robert Anderson II earned his Graduate Gemologist Diploma from the Gemological Institute of America and became part of his grandfather’s legacy. One year later Red’s daughter-in-law, Janice Anderson, opened Anderson Jeweler’s Eisenhower location and today, mere steps from that same location, in the expanse of our new Savannah Showroom the Anderson family continues to provide our customers with unique and exquisite jewelry, watches and memorable gifts perfectly suited to every occasion.
