BRYAN COUNTY BARK PARK ENCOURAGES COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR VOLUNTEER WORKDAY – NOV. 16

RICHMOND HILL, GA – November 12, 2019 – The Bryan County Bark Park is looking for community members who are willing to get their paws dirty at Volunteer Day from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 16. The nonprofit organization needs volunteers to assist with various projects such as trimming trees, pulling weeds, refreshing landscape, and light repair work.

Any volunteers who pre-register for the event will receive a free t-shirt (while supplies last) in appreciation. Please register on the Eventbrite page, which can be found by visiting https://www.eventbrite.com/o/bryan-bark-park-17867675297.

Volunteers have ensured the Bark Park’s success since its inception as a registered nonprofit in 2012. The Park provides a fun and safe place for families to let their dogs off the leash and has become a favorite spot for dogs and their owners in Bryan and surrounding counties. The Bark Park aims to continue providing a clean and well-maintained space for all responsible dog owners in the area.

“We are always blown-away by the number of people who are willing to support our organization and contribute to the park’s upkeep,” said Bark Park President Wendy Bolton. “We hope to accomplish a lot on this Volunteer Day, so the community can continue to enjoy all that the Bark Park has to offer, and we encourage everyone to come out and get their paws dirty!”
