The Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront will host a special dinner at Rocks on the River featuring Orin Swift wines paired with inspired modern coastal cuisine. The wine list will showcase five wines from the St. Helena, Ca.-based winery, including 2018 Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc, 2018 Mannequin Chardonnay, 2019 Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019 Papillon Bordeaux Blend and 2019 Eight Years in the Desert Zinfandel. Danny Skalak with United Distributing will offer insight into the wines served.
Highlights of this ticketed five-course dinner menu, prepared by Rocks on the River Executive Chef Katie MacKay, include Thai Cucumber Gazpacho with Fennel-Encrusted Seared Scallops, Grilled Peach Caprese Salad with Burrata Cheese, Shrimp and Crab Fra Diavolo with House-Made Tagliatelle Pasta, Blackened Elk Tenderloin and Housemade Cheesecake with Pecan and Dark Chocolate Crust.
