Registration

The entry fee for this event is $100 per boat. Completed registration forms and appropriate fees must be in club possession at the end of Captain Meeting November 21st. After this time registration will be closed.
Weather
The boat captain accepts full responsibility for the safety and conduct of their crew. The decision to fish is up to the Captain. If local weather conditions become a factor, the decision to fish or not to fish will be announced at the Captain’s Meeting.
No Check Out
Boats may start fishing at 6:00 a.m.
Weigh In
Weigh in will be from 4-4:30 pm on Saturday.
Fishing
This tournament is limited to Trout, Redfish & Flounder only. All fish accepted for weigh in must be caught on tournament day, non-mutilated, in fresh edible condition. The Weigh-In Master will make the decision accepting fish presented for weigh in. Any protest must be submitted in writing to Tournament Officials within 30 minutes after weigh in ends. Tournament official decisions are final
Waiver of Liability
All participants enter at their own risk. Fort McAllister Sport Fishing Club, Fort McAllister Marina, all Tournament Volunteers and all Tournament Sponsors disclaim any and all legal liabilities for property damage, bodily injury, and any and all losses or damages to any kind of property, participants and/or any person involved in this Tournament. Participants in this tournament are advised to obtain insurance covering vessels and crew. By completing this entry form, I certify that I have read and FULLY understand all the rules of the Fort McAllister Bikes for Tikes Trout Tournament. As Captain/Vessel Owner, I am responsible for my crew and boat at all times, and hereby release the Fort McAllister Bikes for Tikes Trout Tournament and aforementioned groups, their principles, and their affiliates from all liability. In consideration of the Tournament accepting this registration, the registrant hereby authorizes the Tournament to use the Registrant’s name and/or likeness, as well as that of all crew members, free of consideration, for promotion and advertising purposes in any media form and production, including but not limited to radio, television, newspaper, brochure and video. As Captain/Vessel Owner, I have read and will agree to abide by the Tournament or any changes made at the Captain’s Meeting whether I understand them or not. Decisions and judgments are final with the Tournament Committee.
