Savannah, GA – Gilliard and Company announced their “2022 King of the Land of Misfit Toys for With Love Project ” and Phillip Scroggin of SOL Insights needs your help through December 31, 2022 to raise funds for children living in the Coastal Empire who will age out of foster care.

Scroggin said “I am thrilled to raise money to relieve financial debt for families that are working with child protective services. Keeping families together and getting the families back together due to financial crises to have a stable household is the goal.”

When asked why he felt called to lead this campaign Scroggin said, “As a father, I am grateful that my children are at home with me every year. But there are other families who are less fortunate with the uncertainty of whether or not their kids will be home for Christmas. This can be for many reasons: job loss, poverty, financial struggles, or family death; all of these reasons can trigger a child being removed from their caregiver’s home.”
