The City of Richmond Hill is partnering with the Richmond Hill Public Library to celebrate 🎉 — Mayor Carpenter will read an excerpt of “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.”

Attendees are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Potter character.
