POUND: Designed for all fitness levels, you become the music in an exhilarating full body workout that combines cardio and
strength training.
Children’s Yoga: We make yoga and mindfulness fun for kids! It’s filled with games, songs, stories, imaginative play and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier and more peaceful inside!
10:00 – 10:30 a.m. On-the-Go Nutrition #1
Eating healthy is important especially in our fast-paced world today! Take part in learning about simple nutrition options for your family from a registered dietician. Nutritious snacks can be easy, quick & tasty!
10:45 – 11:00 a.m. Family POUND
This family focused program fuses movement and music! By combining exercise and interactive activities, kids & adults will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace creativity and Rock Out!
11:00 – 11:15 a.m. Yoga for Teen/Tween Athletes
Yoga for Teen and Tween Athlete’s is devoted to helping athletes prevent injury, enhance performance and overcome
challenges. Designed to complement any sport, this well-balanced powerful program is ideal conditioning for the disciplined
athlete. If you’re a student athlete this yoga is for you!
