A wonderful event combining all my LOVES of helping people\, helping dogs 🐶 \, supporting our community\, supporting local businesses\, health and wellness\, and more! 🩵\n\nThis event is more than just a workout—it’s a chance to come together as a community and make a real difference for our veterans.\n\n**Highlights of the event:**\n\n– **Kona Ice:** Cool down after your workout with a refreshing treat from Kona Ice\, who will be on-site to serve up their delicious shaved ice and donating a portion of sales!\n\n– **Renegade Paws Rescue:** Our friends from Renegade Paws Rescue will be there with some adorable\, adoptable dogs. It’s the perfect opportunity to find your new best friend while supporting a great cause!\n\nThis is a family-friendly event\, and whether you’re a CrossFit enthusiast or just want to support our veterans\, there’s something for everyone. Come out\, get active\, enjoy some treats\, and maybe even leave with a new furry family member.
