Nearly 50 artists are represented\, most of whom have visited Ossabaw Island to be creatively inspired. The reception offers potential bidders the opportunity to see artwork in person and meet some of the artists\, while enjoying light refreshments. The art auction is a benefit for the Ossabaw Island Foundation\, in support of their work to preserve and share Ossabaw Island\, a 26\,000-acre barrier island on the Georgia coast.
